The clinic

Most of the fleet is unreachable, and every operator can be told why.

Reprod measures what a code hash establishes. This asks a plainer question about the same machines: is this one actually working, and if not, what is the fix? Every finding below is derived from the published scan — no keys, no network, nothing you could not check.

This is a fix list, not a leaderboardNothing here says an operator did something wrong. Most of these machines are development instances doing exactly what development instances do, and simulated attestation is explicitly permitted. Addresses appear because they are already public on chain and are the only way someone can find their own machine.

Every finding states the observed fact and the fix. Where we do not know the fix, it says so rather than inventing one.

§ 5.1 — What is actually wrong

The fleet's problems, by how many machines they affect

Each distinct finding the diagnosis produces, how many machines carry it, and what to do.
Severity Finding Machines Fix
[ ✗ ] BLOCKER The registered URL belongs to a tunnel that has moved2266-102-90-79-189.ngrok-free.app did not answer. ngrok free tunnel — URL rotates 21179% Restart the tunnel, then re-register the machine with the new URL. A quick tunnel issues a different address every run, so the on-chain URL goes stale the moment the tunnel restarts.
[ ✗ ] BLOCKER The proxy did not answerGET https://flare-tee.idolpulse.com/info failed with HTTP 530. 52% Check the ext-proxy container is running and that port 6674 is actually exposed at this address. Data providers can only reach the machine through this URL.
[ ! ] WARNING The proxy is served over plain http://http://34.6.157.25:6674 is unencrypted. 145% Instructions and results cross this link. Terminate TLS in front of the proxy, or tunnel it.
[ · ] NOTE This machine is attested to a simulatorplatform TEST_PLATFORM, code hash 0x194844cf41… — the shared simulated constant. 25495% Expected while developing with SIMULATED_TEE=true. It binds to no source code, so nothing about this machine's code can be verified by anyone. Move to a confidential VM before treating its signatures as evidence.
[ · ] NOTE Several machines share this proxy URL7 machines are registered at 34.6.157.25. 3915% Not a fault. But the proxy serves one /info, so its self-reported code hash cannot be attributed to any single machine — no drift check is possible here.
[ · ] NOTE The proxy is slow to respond/info took 1627 ms. 207% Not a fault on its own, but a proxy this slow may miss instruction relays under load.
[ ✗ ] blocker — the machine cannot do its job
[ ! ] warning — it works, but not dependably
[ · ] note — true and worth knowing, not a fault
